How are we ‘nourishing ourselves’ and bringing warmth to ourselves and each other over these long distances. How are we letting go of what we no longer need. Times are changing and in order to move forward, let’s surrender to new possibilities, a new way of relating and make room for this in our bodies, in our hearts, in our souls and in our minds.

When we hold the index finger, this is a quickie for dissolving fear. When I am in fear, I feel and separated. This is what is happening now, but we don’t need to feel isolated from our human beingness. Jin Shin Jyutsu helps us to be connected, even if physically we are not in touch. We are ONE…. we are always connected. We can take advantage of this opportunity to connect in other ways… when we think about each other, we connect. When hold our index finger we are connected deeply inside ourselves, to everybody. So meaningful.

This sentence really conveys what our possibilities are. The outer world, and the inner world don’t have to be the same. And if I can help myself then the truth is, I can help the people around me. When we are connected to our higher self then the suffering that most people experience, disappears. Many think this is for ‘special people’ but we all have the capability. Whatever your thoughts, let it go and come back to the breath so we can be here fully. Where we are right now, we connect to the unified field of Oneness that connects the world.

It’s important to remember that we are always connected. We are asked to isolate, close the door and go inside… this is a divine assignment. This is a time that we can reconnect with ourselves, and return to our ROOTS. There is an invisible field, before there is the body and when we harmonise with Jin Shin Jyutsu we are working from this awareness. And because we know there is a connection between mind, feelings and body this always takes us to the cause of everything that is happening in the outside world. Where our focus is, is where the energy flows. We are in such an historical moment right now and it is having the knowledge of this connection between the awareness and how the vibrational level of the body is representing itself that is crucial for us right now. For me, Jin Shin Jyutsu is an extremely powerful tool.

With the simple help of our thumbs and fingers we have a sequence to harmonise grief and sadness which affects the Lung and Large Intestine functions. It’s challenging, not to be able to do what we want, go out and see our friends. Exhale, let go of everything that is bothering you… Inhale purified, cleansing energy… there is always enough.

This is a moment, a window, an opportunity really, to Now Know Myself… we can be with ourselves, in silence.
Take advantage of this pause, this time. We don’t know what’s coming next and how we will re-join the web of life. This is a really important opportunity. The aboriginal mind is to be able to slow down enough to actually feel the rhythm. We have that opportunity now.
Master Jiro Murai sent eight mudras to Mary Burmeister and this is one of the mudras. The purpose of the mudras are to help us reach a higher state of consciousness, and they also help to keep fatigue out of the body. This mudra has to do with the energy of generation – the energy of generation speaks of the divine connection. It helps us to Exhale.

Jin Shin Jyutsu understands that health and illness is associated with either the harmony or imbalance of the vital lifeforce energy known as Qi. Qi flows in very organised pathways that feed life into cells and nourish internal organs and when one or more of these pathways becomes blocked through accident or injury, stress, poor diet this stagnation is what leads to pain and stress to set into the body, causing disharmony. Our immune system is everywhere in the body and involves all of the organs function energies.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a beautiful art that can illuminate your life, the same way that it illuminates mine. Little finger facilitates that safety energy lock. In times of need, we need something like Jin Shin Jyutsu. There’s a lot of pain out there.
In these times of sorrow and despair, we can look to feelings of gratitude. There are so many things to be grateful for. Mediator is the ‘activating principle’ …it activates everything from the inside out to the outside in.
Mary created this flow as a quickie to help Supervisor and Mediator. Three easy steps as a way to connect all three flows. Easy to utilize right before bed, when waking, or at any time.
This is a huge helper for the whole immune system. When Mediator is not in harmony it will be the main cause of our disharmonies. It is of vital importance to keep this energy functioning properly for the total supply of energy to the whole man.

The words respiration and inspiration have the same Latin root in the verb ‘Spirare’ which means ‘to Breath’. As we exhale we allow spirit to come in to build the body and as we inhale we allowing cleaning of the body. …Hi 19’s are about Breath.

Mary said “Thank God the breath breathes me for I would forget to breathe”

How many of us are conscious of our breathing. If we do 36 conscious breaths every morning we have vitality for the whole day.

Our source of life lives in the palm of the hand. We can hold the centre of the palm and using fingers or thumb of opposite hand. Don’t change your breath. Don’t try to breathe more or breathe less. You breathe. You don’t need to change your mind or thought. Just BE. Exhale. Lovingly let go of all the Dirt, Dust and Greasy Grime from the head to the toes and receive gratefully the cosmic energy from the toes to the head.

In Jin Shin Jyutsu, we have two ways of connecting to our universal energy… one is through the breath and the other is through using our hands, our ‘jumper cables’ as our teacher Mary Burmeister called them.
Safety Energy Lock 18 helps the Lung function, so helping us to breath but it also it means ‘Body Consciousness’. In this time when we are separating, we need to be aware of where I am with other people. The breath through the Lung function keep us connected. It’s how we connect the inside world and the outside world. Along with Safety Energy Lock 3 we are helping our breath, our immune system and our lymphatic system.

These daily self-help mediations are a journey within, to rediscover, and discover our own internal space. Our own uniqueness our own individuality.

Safety Energy Lock (SEL) number 9  is an ‘All Inclusive’ powerful number. SEL 9 is very powerful for the Breath. Breath is life. SEL 9 helps with digestion of thoughts, feelings and food. Digestion is all about assimilation and elimination… there is movement, breath and change. Let go of the past to be in the breath, in the now, in the present. End of a cycle, beginning of another.

Holding SEL 19 or holding the thumb also helps SEL 9.

These daily webinars are experiential. You don’t have to know anything prior in order to join in with this practice. Meditation is about paying attention, contemplating where we are and going deeper internally so that the outer world and the inner world merge.
At the cheekbone we have Safety Energy Lock (SEL) 21 which is representative of letting go of our mental burdens. This is where we hold onto mental stress, a lot of worry and rumination of what is happening in the world. It’s where our Small Intestine, Large Intestine and Stomach function energetically moves through our body. It is helping us take in nourishment and filter what is good for us and let go of what is not good for us. We want to draw into us, that which is healing and nourishing for us.
